2005—2008年河南省新发生药物滥用者分析

目的：了解河南省2005年至2008午监测报告药物滥用流行现况和新发生人员的社会人口学特征和药物滥用行为特征，为本地区政府相关部门制定防治对策提供依据。方法：采用国家药物滥用监测中心编制的《药物滥用监测调查表》，对2005年至2008年本地区戒毒机构收戒药物滥用者进行监测，其中新发生人员作为本项研究调查对象。结果：2005年至2008年监测报告新发生药物滥用者所占比重呈增长变化趋势，2008年与2005年相比增长3．8％。新发生药物滥用者主要滥用物质从鸦片变为海洛因，2008年海洛因滥用比例为83．1％。新发生人员以男性、35岁以下、初中及以下文化程度和无业人员居多，四年期间未有明显变化。与药物滥用有关行为方面，“满足好奇”是发生滥用药物主要原因；“同伴提供”是获得滥用药物的主要途径；“居家住所／朋友家”是滥用药物主要场所；烫吸是主要滥用药物方式。结论：海洛因已成为本地区目前主要流行滥用物质，同时存在其他物质（大麻、“K粉”、“麻谷丸”、“摇头水”及吗啡、度冷丁、曲马多、安定、三唑仑等）的滥用情况，且滥用物质的种类逐年增加。男性青壮年、低学历和无业人员是发生药物滥用行为的易感人群，而缺少防范药物滥用的心理素质，易受同伴诱惑或外环境影响，可能是导致发生滥用药物行为的重要原因。滥用药物多采用吸入方式，注射药物比例较低。

2005-2008 monitoring analysis of the new occurring drug abusers in Henan Province

Objective： Through understanding the current popularity situation of drug abuse and new occurring drug abusers＇ Sociodemographic and drug abuse behavior factors in henan province 2005-2008 monitoring reports ,to provide the basis of prevention and control measures for local government related departments. Methods： We analysed and investigated the drug abuse situation of 2005-2008 new occurring drug abusers inter-treated in Henan Province ,through the ＂Drug abuse monitoring questionnaire＂ designed by National Center of Drug Abuse Monitoring. Results： The proportion of new drug abusers was a growing trend, In 2008 compared with 2005,the proportion 3.8% in 2008. The main substance abuse from opium into heroin, 2008 83.1% ratio for heroin abuses. Conclusion： Heroin has become the main popular substance abuse in this region currently, and there are other substance abuse （marijuana, ＂K powder＂, ＂MaGu pill＂, ＂Shake water＂ and morphine ,dolantin, tramadol , diazepam, and triazolam etc）,and types of substance abuse increased year by year. Male youths, low degree and unemployed personnel is susceptible population, however lack of psychological quality of drug abuse prevention and easily affected by companion temptation or external environment may is the important reason of drug abuse. Drug abuse mainly uses inhaled way, injecting takes up low proportion.
