损伤控制理论在骨科严重多发伤中的应用分析

目的探讨应用损伤控制理论(DCO)在骨科严重多发伤中救治的效果。方法回顾性分析我院39例严重多发伤骨科患者,应用简化手术处理后,进入ICU复苏,待患者生命体征平稳后再采取确定性手术的方法,并分析其临床效果。结果 39例严重多发伤骨科患者临床治愈35例(89.74%),4例死亡(10.26%);1例死于失血性休克,1例死于呼吸窘迫综合征,2例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论对于严重多发伤骨科患者,合理应用DCO可以提高患者的救治成功率,并减少并发症的发生。

Analysis of Damage Control Theory in the Application of Orthopedics Severe MultipleTrauma

Objective To explore the effects of damage control theory(DCO) in orthopaedic severe multiple trauma.Methods 39 patients with severe multiple trauma patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were simplified operation processing,then admitted to ICU rescovery to take deterministic operation method after stable vital signs,then analyze its clinical effect.Results In 39 patients with severe multiple trauma,35 cases(89.74%) were cured,4 cases were died(10.26%);1 case were died of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock;1 case died of respiratory distress syndrome;2 cases died of multiple organ failure.Conclusion For orthopaedic patients with severe multiple trauma,reasonable application of DCO can improve the success rate of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
