| 摘 要： | 人类的衰老和肿瘤的发展与端粒和端粒酶有着紧密的关系,而且端粒起着保护染色体的作用。随着科技的进步,端粒和端粒酶潜力巨大,将来必将能够给肿瘤的治疗带来更多的方法。端粒酶在判别肺癌方面具有很高的特异性,因此,端粒酶可能将应用于肺癌的临床诊断。

| Abstract: | Human aging and tumor development has a close relationship with telomeres and telomerase,telomere plays a protective role of chromosomes.Telomere,telomerase in tumor surveillance and the role of research study.With the advancement of technology,telomeres and telomerase have great potential to be able to bring more methods for the treatment of tumors.Telomerase has a high specificity in discriminating lung cancer,therefore,telomerase may be used in clinical diagnosis of lung cancer. |
