| 摘 要： | 皮肤科局部用药不良反应／事件发生率高，临床表现形式多样，有时会造成原患疾病的加重，甚至引起系统性损害。外用药物在发挥治疗作用的同时，也会影响到皮肤角质层的屏障功能，引发不良反应／事件的发生，其机制分为原发性和变态反应性。通过对其相关因素的分析，以及变应原的寻找，旨在采取相应措施，预防和减少皮肤科局部用药不良反应／事件的发生。

| Abstract: | The adverse drug reaction/event （ADR/ADE） induced by local medication in dermatology has high incidence and all kinds of clinical forms. Sometimes it might aggravate the original skin diseases, even cause systemic damage. When the external use drug plays a role in the treatment, it also could affect the barrier function of skin cuticle, which lead to the ADR/ADE. The pathogenesis of ADR/ADE could divide into two types： the idiopathic and the allergic. To take appropriate measures to prevent and reduce the ADR/ADE induced by local medication, we have analyzd the related factors of ADR/ ADE and searched for allergen. |
