攀枝花市城乡居民营养保健知识及营养状态调查

摘    要:目的调查攀枝花市城乡居民营养保健知识及营养状态及其影响因素,为有针对性地开展营养教育和干预指导提供依据。方法抽样对攀枝花市城乡居民1,047人进行营养保健知识问卷调查,所有有效问卷均用SPSS13.0统计分析。结果①城市居民、农村居民、餐饮从业人员3组人群间知识得分差异无统计学意义,而体质指数(BMI)以农村居民最高,餐饮人员最低;②不同年龄间知识得分比较,差异无统计学意义(F=1.579,P=0.193),而BMI有随年龄增高而增加的趋势(F=22.309,P=0.000);③女性、男性间知识得分差异无统计学意义,而BMI女性低于男性;④文化程度越高,知识得分越高,而不同文化程度人群BMI比较,差异无统计学意义;⑤不同营养状况的城乡居民营养知识得分比较差异无统计学意义。结论攀枝花市城乡居民对营养基本知识的掌握整体水平不高,城乡居民问卷得分的主要影响因素是文化程度,BMI的主要影响因素是年龄和性别。应进一步对该市居民进行培训、引导,全面改善其营养状态。

Abstract: Objective] To investigate the nutritional health knowledge and nutritional status among urban and rural residents of Panzhihua City and the influencing factors, and provide evidence for carrying out nutrition education and intervention guidance. nethotis ] Sample survey of nutritional health knowledge was performed on 1047 urban and rural residents of PanZhihua by questionnaire. All valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results] (1)Between urban residents, rural residents and catering employees, nutritional health knowledge score was not significantly different, while BMI was highest among rural residents, and lowest among catering employees; (2)between different age groups, knowledge score was not significantly different ( F = 1. 579, P = 0.193 ) , while BMI increased with age ( F = 22.309, P = 0.000 } ;(3)between genders, the score was not of statistical difference, while BMI of female was smaller than that of male ; (4)the people who had higher educational levels got higher scores of health knowledge, while the difference of BMI was not significantly different between people with different educational levels ; (5)the difference of health knowledge score was not significant between urban and rural residents. Conclusion] Nutritional health knowledge is not well mastered among urban and rural residents of Panzhihua City. The major influencing factor for knowledge score is education level, and that for BMI is age and gender. Further training and guidance should be performed for local residents so as to improve their nutritional status.
