| 摘 要： | 目的对羊蹄（Rumexjaponicus）进行化学成分研究。方法采用色谱技术进行分离纯化，通过波谱分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从羊蹄提取物中分离得到5个化合物，分别鉴定为大黄酚（1）、大黄素（2）、6一羟基芦荟大黄素（3）、大黄素甲醚（4）、白藜芦醇（5）。结论化合物3、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituent from the leaves of Rumex japonicus. Methods The chemical constituents of Rumex japonicu were isolated and purified using solvent extraction and chroma- tography. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochnmical and spectral data. Results Five compounds were obtained from 75% ethanol extract and identified as chrysophanol（ 1 ）, emodin（2）, citreore- sein（3） , physeion（4） , reveratrel（5）. Conclusion Compounds 3 and 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time. |
