急诊误诊原因及对策

目的探讨急诊误诊原因,降低急诊误诊、漏诊及误治。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2012年7月急诊诊治的111例患者的临床资料。结果急诊患者临床表现复杂,病情危重,确诊困难,本组误诊的111例经过完善相关检查后急诊科确诊87例,各住院病房确诊23例。结论急诊患者因其特殊性,易出现误诊,提高急诊临床医师综合素质及完善基础检查实施是降低急诊误诊的关键。

Emergency misdiagnosis reasons and Countermeasures

Objective To study the causes of misdiagnosis of emergency, reduce misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and mistreatment;Methods The clinical data of 111 patients with emergency diagnosis and treatment to our hospital from January 2007 to July 2012 were analyzed retrospectively;Results Emergency patients with complicated clinical manifestations, severity of iUness, diagnosis difficulties, This group of 111 cases n~sdiag- nosed by perfecting relevant examination after the emergency department diagnosis in 87 patients, all inpatient wards were diagnosed in 23 cases; Conclusion Emergency patients because of its particularity, prone to misdi- agnosis, improve the comprehensive quality and perfect the emergency clinician based implementation of the in- spection is to reduce the misdiagnosis of emergency key.
