不同剖宫产术式对再次行剖宫产的影响分析

目的探讨不同剖宫产术式对再次行剖宫产的影响。方法 2008年1月至2012年5月采取再次行剖宫产孕产妇224例依据首次剖宫产方法分为传统子宫下段剖宫产组（腹壁纵切口）104例,新式剖宫产术组（腹壁横切口）120例进行观察。结果新式手术组在开腹时间,开腹出血量、术中总出血量,手术时间,术后排气时间,手术中腹腔粘连情况,住院时间上显著差于传统手术组,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新式剖宫产术具有手术时间短,局部损伤少,术中出血少,术后恢复快等优点而得到广泛应用。积极有效的降低剖宫产术率,对剖宫产术适应证严格掌握,合理选择手术方式,术中缝合腹膜,减少粘连,为下次剖宫产提供较为良好的腹腔条件。
