腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除对生殖内分泌功能的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除对生殖内分泌功能影响。方法对本院行腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术的110例患者术后月经周期、激素水平记录分析。结果 110例患者单侧组术后3个月月经周期、激素水平恢复至正常水平,双侧组术后6个月月经周期、激素水平恢复至正常水平。结论腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除安全、可靠,同时对保留生殖内分泌功能有良好的作用,值得临床应用。

Study of laparoscopic ovarian benign strip on reproductive endocrine function

Objective To explore the benign ovarian tumors in the laparoscopic stripping on reproduc- tive endocrine function. Methods Record and analysis of the menstrual cycle, hormone levels laparoseopic o- varian benign stripping surgery in llO patients. Results Unilateral group 3 months after the menstrual cycle, hormone levels returned to normal levels, bilateral group in June after the menstrual cycle, hormone levels re- turned to normal levels in 110 patients. Conclusion Laparoseopie ovarian benign stripped of safe, reliable, and have a good retention of the reproductive endocrine function, it is worth clinical application.
