脑血管病患者实施健康教育护理干预的效果研究

目的分析脑血管病患者在健康教育护理干预的效果,探讨提高患者生活质量的有效措施。方法选取脑血管病患者240例,随机分为观察组和对照组,在对两组患者均给予神经内科护理指导的情况下,单独对观察组实施健康教育护理干预措施,分析并比较两组患者在干预前后对疾病的了解情况、遵医行为、脑血管病疾病复发率等的情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组更好地了解疾病和更完善的遵医行为,同时有着更低的脑血管病复发率,统计结果存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论对脑血管病患者实施健康教育护理干预,能够很好的提高脑血管病患者的生活质量,降低脑血管病疾病的复发率。

Effect of health education nursing intervention in patients with cerebrovascular disease

Objective To analysis health education nursing intervention effect of patients with cerebro- vascular disease and explore effective measures to improve the quality of life in patients. Methods 240 cases of patients with cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into observation group and the control group. In the case of the two groups of patients were treated with the care and guidance of the Department of Neurology, give separate implementation of health education nursing interventions to the observation group. Analyze and compare the understanding of the disease, compliance behavior, cerebrovascular disease relapse rate of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group were better to understand the disease and had better compliance behavior, at the same time, had a lower rate of recurrence of cerebrovascular disease statistics, there were significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The health education nursing intervention in patients with cerebrovascular disease can improve the quality of life of patients with cerebrovascular disease and reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral vascular disease.
