循证护理在哮喘患儿家长依从性控制中作用研究

目的 将循征护理应用于儿童健康教育中，观察患儿及家长依从性程度。方法 将哮喘专科门诊及住院治疗的患儿按随机同期配对原则分为实验组和对照组，实验组为循证护理组，按循证护理原则，作出评价，对照组为一般护理组，只给予一般的健康教育，2年后观察治疗效果，主要包括肺功能指标和发作次数等。结果 实验组所观察的几项指标与对照组有显著差别(P＜0.05)。结论哮喘是一种慢性疾病，它要求患儿及家长有很好的依从性，要做好他们的健康教育工作，循证护理不失为一项有效的护理措施，是提高护理工作效果、效率、质量以及效益等都是有力保证。

Study on the effect of Evidence-based nursing on compliance degrees of children's parent for children's with asthma

Objective To Study on the effect of Evidence-based nursing on compliance degrees of children's parent for children's with asthma. Method Children with asthma were randomly divided into experimental and control groups according to the standard and evaluated. Evidence-based nursing was given in experimental group, The control group was only got general nursing and general health education. the effect of the treatment two years later were observed, mostly including the lung function and the outbreak times etc. Results A significant differences are observed between experimental and control groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion Asthma is a kind of chronic disease, it requires good compliance with children and their parents. Evidence-based nursing is a efficient method for making good health education for them. It can raise the effect and efficiency of nursing as well as nurse quantity and assurance.
