142例80岁及以上前列腺增生患者经尿道气化电切术治疗

目的：探讨对高危前列腺增生患者的经尿道前列腺气化电切术（TUVP）治疗经验，方法：应用TUVP治疗80岁及以上前列腺增生患者142例。结果：142例（100％）有效，国际前列腺症状评分（I－PSS）由术前平均30．4减少至9．2（P＜0．01）。生活质量评分（QOL）术前平均5．2，下降至1．8（P＜0．05）。最大导流率（Qmax)5-10ml/s增加至11－18ml/s ,剩余尿从术前80－450ml减少至10－50ml。结论：应用TUVP治疗前列腺增生症安全，简便，疗效满意。

Treatment of the prostate hyperplasia with transurethral electrovaporization in patients aged 80 and over: report of 142 cases

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of transurethral electrovaporization (TUVP) for high risk patient with benign prostate hyperplasia. Methods 142 patients aged 80 and over at high risk of benign prostate hyperplasia were treated by transurethral electrovaporization. Results TUVP showed curative effects in all 142 cases (100%). As compared with preoperative mean value, IPSS decressed from 30.4 to 9.2 (P<0.01). (QOL) descended from 5.2 to 1.8 (P< 0.05). Qmax increased from 5-10 ml/s to 11-18 ml/s. The residual urine reduced from 80-450 ml to 10-50 ml. Conclusions It is safe and simple to treat the prostatic hyperplasia with transurethral electrovaporization and has a satisfactory effects.
