抑郁症患者认知功能与血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨抑郁症患者血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平与认知功能的关系,为抑郁症的临床治疗提供生物学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定抑郁症患者(研究组)治疗前(76例)及治疗8周末(随访到39例)的血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平,并与50名正常对照组进行对比分析;同时采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定患者的抑郁症状,威斯康星卡片分类测验测评患者认知功能。结果研究组治疗前血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);治疗8周末显著高于治疗前(P〈0.01),与对照组则无显著性差异(t=0.594,P〉0.05);同时,威斯康星卡片分类测验中总应答数、持续性错误数及完成分类数均较治疗前有显著改善(P〈0.01),且血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平与正确应答数呈正相关(R=0.358,P〈0.01)、与持续性错误数呈负相关(R=0.343,P〈0.01)。结论抑郁症患者可能存在血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平低下,抗抑郁药物治疗可显著提高血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平,并改善认知功能。

Correlation study on cognitive function and serum levels of glial cell line-derived neurotrphic factor in patients with depression

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationships between serum GDNF levels and cognitive function in depression patients in order to provide biological basis for clinical treatment for depression. Methods Ser- um GDNF levels were determined using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) in 76 depression patients before treatment and in followed up 39 ones at the end of the 8th week treatment (research group), and compared with 50 normal controls; meanwhile, depressive symptoms were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scales (HAMD) and cognitive functions with the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST). Results Before treatment, serum GDNF levels were significantly lower in the research than in control group (P〈0.01) ; those were significantly higher at the end of the 8th week compared with pre- treatment in the research group (P〈0.01) and had no significant difference from the control group (t= 0. 594, P〉0.05); meanwhile, the response administered (Ra), perseverative errors (Pc) and categories completed (Cc) improved more significantly compared with pretreatment (P〈0.01), serum GDNF levels were positively related to Ra (R=0. 358, P〈0.01)and negatively to Pe (R= -0. 343, P〈0.01). Conclusion Depression patients possibly bad low serum GDNF levels, antidepressant drug treatment could in- crease serum GDNF levels notably and improve cognitive function.
