摘    要:CT模拟激光定位系统是放射治疗必不可少的辅助装置,主要是模拟治疗机按不同机型的条件定位。为了标定等中心位置,一般使用激光定位机指示。激光定位系统的核心技术其实就是步进电机的单片机控制,即利用对步进电机转动的精确控制来实现激光灯的准确运动。文中采用16位单片机MCS-51对步进电机进行控制,通过I/O口输出的时序方波作为步进电机的控制信号,信号经过8255驱动步进电机并准确控制激光灯的运动。该系统结构简单、操作方便、定位准确。

Abstract:CT laser simulation positioning system is a necessary auxiliary device for radiotherapy. Its main purpose is to position patients by simulating different kinds of treatment machine. In order to demarcate the mark of the iso-center, it is common to use the laser positioning device to indicate the iso-center. The kernel technology of the laser positioning system is the controlling of the step progress motor by using the MCS, which is to control the movement of step progress motor using the wheel of the motor. This design uses MCS-51 to control step progress motor by the way of exporting the rectangle wave form through I/O port of 8255 chip. The system configuration is simple, the operation is convenient and the positioning is precise.
