上海市宝山区三类重点人群乙肝病毒感染现状

目的为了解上海市宝山区三类重点人群乙肝病毒（HBV）感染状况，以加强监测和管理。方法2007年9—12月对该区强制戒毒、收容暗娟、三小场所服务小姐3种人员，抽取静脉血3ml，采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）进行乙肝两对半的血清学检测。结果共检测757份血样，HBsAg阳性者共86人，阳性率为11．36％，5项全阴的181人，占23．91％；乙肝大三阳17人，阳性率为2．25％；乙肝小三阳49人，阳性率为6．47％。结论受检人群存在严重的感染乙肝病毒的机会，同时也是很危险的传染源，应加强对上述重点人群的监测和管理，应采取积极有效的乙肝免疫接种手段进行预防，防止乙型肝炎的流行。

Status of Hepatitis B Virus Infection among 3 Kinds of Key Population in Baoshan District of Shanghai City

Objective ] To understand the hepatitis B virus { HBV ） infection among 3 kinds of key population in Baoshan District of Shanghai City, so as to strengthen the monitoring and management. Methods ] During September to December 2007, drug addicts in addiction treatment center, prostitutes in penitentiary,female sexual workers in entertainment venues were selected, and their ve- nous blood samples of 3ml were collected and detected HBV by ELISA serologically. Results] Totally 757 blood samples were de- tected; 86 11.36% ）were HBsAg positive; 181 were negative for all 5 testing items. 17 （2.25% ） were HBsAg, HBeAg and HB- cAb positive; 49 16.47%） were HBsAg, HBeAb and HBeAb positive. Conclusion] A serious HBV infection hazard exists in this population which is also the dangerous source of infection. The HBV monitoring and surveillance should be enhanced on this popula- tion. It is necessary to take a positive and effective means of HBV immunization to prevent the prevalence of hepatitis B.
