摘    要:目的查明一起突发性食物中毒的原因。方法通过现场流行病学调查分析中毒原因,通过实验室气相色谱一质谱/质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测进一步确证。结果实验室检测发现此次食物中毒由氯氮平(镇静剂)引起。结论GC—MS/MS检测技术应用在食物中毒原因分析上快速、准确、结果可靠。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To identify the cause of a sudden food poisoning case. [ Methods ] The cause of poisoning was analyzed by field epidemiological investigation, gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was applied to confirm further. [ Results ] The cause of poisoning was clozapine, which was detected by laboratory detection. [ Conclusion ] Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was rapid, accurate and reliable for the cause analysis of food poisoning.
