急腹症腹腔镜手术131例分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下诊治急腹症的诊断价值和手术治疗经验，对其手术适应证作进一步探讨分析。方法回顾性总结我院自2005年3月至2008年12月间，应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗急腹症131例的临床资料。结果腹腔镜下探查明确了术前不确定临床诊断29例（占22．1％）；131例均经腹腔镜探查确诊并有125例在腹腔镜下成功实施手术治疗（占94．7％），诊治效果满意。结论只要掌握好适应证，用腹腔镜明确急腹症的诊断以及腹腔镜下急腹症的手术治疗比传统开腹手术有较多优势。

Laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of laparoscopy and operative experience in the treatment of acute abdomen. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the results of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of 131 patients with acute abdomen from March 2005 to December 2008. Results Twenty-nine patients（22.1% ） with uncertain diagnosis before operation were verified by laparoscopy, In the 131 patients 125 （94.7%） were operated on successfully by laparoscopy. The results of diagnosis and treatment with taparoscopy were satisfactory. Conclusions Laparoscopy is superior to open operation in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen.
