上海市黄浦区初高中毕业生乙肝病毒感染情况

目的调查上海市黄浦区初高中（含职校）毕业生乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）携带状况，为乙型肝炎的预防控制工作提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对全区8516名初高中（含职校）毕业生进行HBsAg检测，并对检测结果按不同年级和性别进行比较和分析。结果共计8516例初高中毕业生（含职校生）HBsAg总的阳性率0．73％，高三（含职校）和初三阳性率分别为0．66％和10．83％，男性和女性的阳性率分别为0．70％和0．76％，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论上海市黄浦区初高中（含职校）毕业生的HBsAg携带率明显低于其他地区。

Hepatitis B Virus Infection among Junior and Senior High School Graduates in Huangpu District of Shanghai City

[ Objective ] To investigate HBsAg carrying status among graduates of junior and senior high school { including vocational school）, and provide evidence for hepatitis B prevention and control. [ Methods] The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the HBsAg in 8516 students. The result was compared and evaluated according to different grade and gender. [ Results ] Of all 8516 graduates, the HBsAg total positive rate was O. 73%, the positive rate among junior and senior high school graduates was 0. 66% and 10. 83%, that of female and male was O. 70% and 0. 76%, the difference was not significant { P 〉 O. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] HBsAg carrying rate among graduates of junior and senior high school （ including vocational school ） in Huangpu District of Shanghai City was lower than that of students in other places.
