腹股沟疝修补手术个体化处理的探讨

目的探讨腹股沟疝修补手术的个体化处理方法。方法对我院1998-2007年实施的各种腹股沟疝修补术共832例的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果832例手术中行单纯疝囊高位结扎者98例，复发1例；行疝囊高位结扎并内环修补术者121例，术后复发2例；行Shouldiee修补术者126例，复发4例；行无张力疝修补术者487例，复发3例。结论腹股沟疝表现形式多种多样，提倡腹股沟疝修补术应采用个体化处理原则以减少术后复发。

The investigation of individualized process for repair of inguinal hernia

Objective To investigate the individual process for repair of inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 832 patients treated with every kinds of repair of inguinal hernias from 1998 to 2007. Results Of the 98 patients were undergone simplex high position ligation of the hernial sac, 1 case recurreneed. Of the 121 patients were undergone simplex high position ligation of the hernia sac and repair the deep inguinal ring ,2 cases reeurrcnccd. Of the 126 patients with Shouldice hernioplasty, 4 recurrenced. And of the 487 patients used tension-free hernioplasty, only 3 reeurrenced. Conclusions The inguinal hernia display many kinds of forms. Individualized process for repair of inguinal hernia has been advocated to reduce the recurrence.
