防城港市2008年医疗机构传染病漏报调查

目的了解防城港市传染病漏报情况，提高传染病疫情报告质量。方法分层随机抽取15家医疗机构，对其疫情报告管理制度、传染病登记、传染病报告卡填报质量等情况进行调查。结果大多数医疗机构均制定了疫情管理相关制度，共查出法定传染病539例，漏报率为23．23％；传染病报告及时率为84．98％，完整率为78．84％，准确率为70．31％，一致率为72．70％。结论应加强传染病疫情报告的规范化、科学化管理，提高报告质量。

Survey of Missed Reports of Infectious Diseases in Medical Institutions of Fangchenggang City in 2008

Objective ] To understand the status of missed reports of infectious diseases in Fangchenggang City so as to improve the quality of infectious diseases report. Methods] Totally 15 medical institution were selected by stratified random sampling method. The case report management system, registration of infectious disease, and the quality of infectious disease report cards filling were investigated. Results] Most of medical institutions had made the management system of epidemic situation . Totally 539 infections were surveyed with missed reporting rate of 23.23%, timeliness rate of 84.98%, integrity rate of 74. 84%, accuracy rate of 70.31%, consistent rate of 72.70%. Conclusion] Standardization and scientific management of infectious diseases report should be enhanced to improve the quality of report.
