深圳市某街道外来人口麻疹抗体水平监测分析及防制策略

目的通过监测深圳市某街道辖区外来人口麻疹抗体水平，及时发现高危人群，为及时调整该辖区麻疹防制对策提供依据。方法将某街道外来人口分为8个年龄组，每组随机抽取不少于30人，共245人。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。检测结果采用Excel数据库分析处理。结果共监测合格标本245份，麻疹抗体阳性率75．51％，抗体几何平均滴度（GMT）为1：514，有效保护率57．14％。其中，1～10岁麻疹IgG抗体GMT均〉1：800，而10岁-抗体GMT均〈1：800，20岁一抗体有效保护率为37．50％，GMT也降到了1：351。所有年龄组中，0～8月龄抗体阳性率最低，有效保护率为0，GMT是1：115。同时对20名20-40岁育龄妇女的麻疹抗体滴度进行分析，阳性率为75．00％，有效保护率为35．00％，GMT为1：336。结论外来流动人口中青年劳务工及育龄妇女是麻疹减毒活疫苗（MV）强化免疫的重点人群。

Monitoring of Measles Antibody Level on Migrant Populations in A Street of Shenzhen City

Objective ] To detect high-risk population of measles timely through monitoring the antibody levels of migrant population in a street of Shenzhen City, and provide evidence for timely adjusting measles control measures. Methods] The migrant population in the street were divided into 8 different age groups （ at least 30 people for each group, totally 245 people ）. ELISA was adopted to determine the measles IgG antibody. The results were analyzed by Excel database. Results] Totally 245 qualified samples were tested, the measles antibody positive rate was 75.51%, the GMT was 1： 514.53, protection effective rate was 57.14%. Among which, GMT of measles IgG antibody of 1 - 10 years age group was 〉 1 ： 800 ; that of 10 - 20 years age group was 〈 1 ： 800 ; effective protection rate of 20 - 30 years age group was 37.50%, GMT decreased to 1： 351. Of all age groups, the infants less than 8 months had the lowest level of measles antibody, effective protection rate of this group was 0 and GMT was 1 ： 115. Analysis of measles antibody titers on 20 women of childbearing age （ 20 - 40 years old） showed that the positive rate was 75 . 00%, effective protection rate was 35 . 00%, GMTwas 1：336. Conclusion] The focus population to inoculate measles vaccine among migrant population was the youth workers and childbearing aged women.
