泰安市中学生结核病防治知识健康教育干预效果评价

目的了解泰安市中学生结核病防治知识知晓情况，为学校开展健康教育提供依据。方法对某中学以班为单位，从不同年级抽取2625名学生分别在开展结核病健康教育前、后两次进行问卷调查。并进行统计分析。结果开展结核病健康教育前中学生结核病防治知识知晓率普遍不高，总知晓率为35．16％，各年级平均知晓率间无统计学意义（P〉0．05），开展结核病健康教育后中学生结核病防治知识总知晓率为64．78％，各年级平均知晓率问也无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但开展结核病健康教育前、后学生结核病知识知晓率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在学生中开展结核病健康教育，可以提高该人群结核病防治知识知晓率，效果良好。

Evaluation of Intervention Effect of TB Control Health Education on Middle School Students

Objective] To understand the awareness of TB control knowledge among middle school students in Taian City, and provide evidence for carrying out health education. Methods ] Totally 2625 students from each grade were selected and investigated twice before and after health education by questionnaire, taking class as surveying unit. The results were analyzed. Results ] The universal existence of lower awareness of TB knowledge presented in students before health education, total awareness rate was 35. 16%. Conclusion] Health education among middle school students can effectively improve their awareness of TB control knowledge.
