腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合腹腔镜下经腹腔腹膜前补片疝修补术13例

目的探讨腹腔镜联合手术的优越性。方法回顾分析2003年10月至2007年12月开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合经腹腔腹膜前补片疝修补术（LC＋TAPP）13例的临床资料。结果本组13例手术均获成功，无中转开腹，平均手术时间为（52±11）min；术后留院平均为3．9±1．0d；住院费9307±621元。随访6～48个月，无1例复发。结论腹腔镜联合手术一次性处理两种或两种以上腹部病变是安全有效的，具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快等优点，值得推广应用。

Case report of combined laparoscopic cholecystectomy with transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy

Objective To explore advantages of combined laparoscopic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 13 cases of combined laparoscopic cholecystectomy with transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy （LC ＋ TAPP） were analyzed retrospectively, who performed from October 2003 to December 2007. Results 13 cases were received laparoscopic cholecystectomy with transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy successfully , no case was converted to open surgery, average operation time was （52 ± 11 ） min, average hospital stay was（ 3.9 ± 1.0） d, average hospitalization costs（ 9307 ± 621 ）yuan. Follow-up 6to48 months, there were no recurrent patients. Conclusions Combined laparoscopic surgery for two kinds or more abdominal diseases in one operation is safe and effective, with advantages of minimal invasion, less pain, and quicker recovery and so on. It deserves to be expanded.
