血站供合格血液中HBV标志物检测结果分析

目的检测并分析血站供合格血液中乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）标志物，探讨对献血员进行抗．HBc（IgM）筛查的必要性。方法应用酶联免疫方法检测HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗．HBe、抗-HBc（IsM）。结果3757袋血液标本中，HBsAg均阴性；抗-HBs阳性1181袋，占31．43％；HBeAg阳性3袋，抗．HBe阳性6袋；抗．HBc（IgM）阳性218袋，占5．80％；其中抗．HBc（IgM）与抗-HBs双重阳性185袋，单项抗．HBc（IgM）阳性32袋，抗-HBc（IgM）与HBeAg双重阳性1袋，单项抗．HBe阳性5袋。结论采供血机构对献血者HBV血清标志物仅进行HBsAg检测，对于血液质量和安全输血存在隐患。应对献血员进行抗-HBc（IgM）项目筛查，尽可能降低HBV引起的输血风险，减少医疗纠纷。

Result Analysis of Detecting HBV markets in The Eligible Blood from Blood Station

Objective] To detect and analyze the markers of HBV markers in the eligible blood from blood station, and discuss the necessity of performing anti-HBc（IgM） screening on blood donors. Methods] ELISA was adopted to detect HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe, anti-HBclIgM）. Results] Of 3757 blood samples, all cases were HBsAg negative, 1181 cases were anti-HBs positive, occupied 31.43%. 3 were HBeAg positive, 6 were anti-HBe positive, 218 were anti-HBc （ IgM ） positive, occupied 5.80% ; 185 were anti-HBc （IgM） positive and anti-HBs positive, 32 were only anti-HBc { IgM） positive a, 5 were only anti-HBeAg positive. Conclusion]The blood collection and supply agencies only perform HBsAg detection on blood donors, so that potential hazard exists in quality and safety of blood transfusion. It is necessary to perform anti-HBc（ IgM） screening to lower the blood trans- fusion risk which induced by HBV as far as possible, and reduce medical disputes.
