常驻拉萨官兵3091人血压调查分析

目的了解高海拔环境对移居人群血压的影响。方法收集2008年为拉萨部队体检的血压测量数据，回顾调查同批人员在内地入伍时的血压测量数据，对两者进行对比分析。结果与内地入伍时相比，常驻拉萨海拔3658m高原部队青年官兵平均动脉收缩压为107mmHg，下降8mmHg，平均动脉舒张压为71mmHg，下降3mmHg，平均脉压为36mmHg，下降5mmHg。结论高海拔环境可导致移居人群血压的显著改变。

Investigation of Blood Pressure of 3091 Officers and Soldiers in Lasa

[ Objective] To investigate the impact of high altitude environment on blood pressure of immigrants. [ Methods] Medical examinations were carried out on young officers and soldiers in Lasa, and the blood pressure data were collected. Meanwhile, recorded data of the same personnel when they were enrolled from inland were reviewed. The data of the 2 periods were comparatively analyzed. [ Results] After acclimatization to 3658m high aitiutde, the artery systolic pressure, artery diastolic pressure and pulse pressure were 107mm Hg, 71 mm Hg, and 36mm Hg, decreased 8 mm Hg, 3 mm Hg, and 5 mm Hg respectively when compared with measured data from inland. [ Conclusion] High altitude environment can lead to significant change of blood pressure in immigrants.
