邯郸市老年肺结核临床分析

目的分析邯郸市老年肺结核的临床特点和防治措施。方法回顾性分析2005年6月—2008年6月该市结核病控制项目办公室登记的、已完成疗程的342例60岁以上涂片阳性老年肺结核病患者临床资料。结果342例老年涂阳肺结核病例中214例为老年期发病，占62．6％，60—69岁年龄组发病例数最多。342例中Ⅲ型249例，Ⅳ型93例，分别占总病例数的72．8％和27．2％；有空洞者142例，占总病例数的41．5％；双侧病变者多，占61．4％（210／342）。342例诊断延误率41．5％（142／342），有并发症者271例（79．2％）。结论进一步加强老年菌阳肺结核病的控制工作，可对结核病防治工作起到明显的促进作用。

Clinical Analysis of Aged Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Handan City

[ Objective ] To analyze the clinical characteristic and prevention measures of aged pulmonary tuberculosis in Handan City. [ Methods] The clinical data of 342 pulmonary tuberculosis patients more than 60 years old with smear positive were analyzed retrospectively, which enrolled in phthisis prevention item offices from June 2005 to June 2006, and finished the course of therapy. [ Results] In 342 aged pulmonary tuberculosis patients, 214（62.6% ） cases were infected in aged period, and the most cases occurred in the age group of 60 - 69. Among 342 cases, there were 249 （72.8%） cases of Ⅲtype and 93 （27.2% ） cases of IV type. 142 cases had hollows, account for 61.4% of the total cases. Bilateral lesions were detected in 210 cases, account for 61.4%. The rate of delay diagnose was 41.5% （ 142/342）, and 271 （79.2% ） cases had syndromes. [ Conclusion] Reinforcing the control of the aged pulmonary tuberculosis with smear positive can promote the control and prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis obviously.
