普理灵疝装置对疝修补术后慢性疼痛的影响

目的探讨普理灵疝装置（PHS）对疝修补术后慢性疼痛的影响。方法对同期245例腹股沟疝行无张力修补术的患者进行随访，其中PHS组109例，Plug组136例。随访患者术后是否并发慢性疼痛，如有慢性疼痛对其进行评分。结果PHS组术后3、6、12个月并发慢性疼痛患者分别为21、18、14例；Plug组分别为44、39、35例；进行评分后示3、6、12个月二组并发中重度疼痛患者分别有10、8、5例和27、23、18例。同期二组患者相比均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论PHS疝修补术较疝环充填式修补术明显降低术后慢性疼痛的发生。

The influence of Polypropylene-Prolene Hernia System on chronic pain after herniorrhaphy

Objective To explore the influence of Polypropylene-Prolene Hernia System on chronic pain after herniorrhaphy. Methods 245 patients received tension-free inguinal hernia repair at the same pe- riod, 109 patients with PHS procedure and 136 patients with plug procedure. They are followed-up to know whether they have postoperative chronic pain. Surgical Pain Scale is used if they have chronic pain. Results There are 21, 18, 14 patients in PHS group and 44, 39, 35 patients in plug group who have chronic pain at 3, 6, 12 months respectively after operation. Through Surgical Pain Scale measurement, there are 10, 8, 5 patients in PHS group and 27, 23, 18 patients in plug group who have moderate or severe chronic pain. There are statistic differences between two groups. Conclusions Inguinal hernia repair with PHS can de- crease the incidence of postoperative chronic pain better than that with plug.
