自制针形电极和尿道扩张器治疗严重尿道狭窄

目的探讨自制针形电极内切开联合改良尿道扩张器治疗严重尿道狭窄的技术可行性和疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2009年2月应用自制针形电极内切开联合改良尿道扩张器治疗33例严重尿道狭窄患者的临床资料。年龄15～73岁，平均48岁，尿道狭窄长度1．0-1．5cm，狭窄处仅能通过2～5F导丝。结果33例患者一次性手术成功，无严重出血、尿瘘、尿失禁等并发症发生。术后定期行尿道扩张，33例患者均获得随访，随访5～12个月，所有患者排尿均通畅。结论应用自制针形电极内切开联合自制尿道扩张器治疗非长段严重尿道狭窄技术可行，操作简单，安全有效，值得在基层医院推广应用。

Domestic aciform electrode and ureteral dilator for the treatment of sereve ureteral stricture

Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of domestic aciform electrode and ureteral dilator for the treatment of sereve ureteral stricture. Methods From Jan. 2003 to Feb. 2009, 33 patients with severe ureteral stricture, underwent internal urethrotomy with domestic aciform electrode and ureteral dilatation. The mean age of the patients was 48 years （range 15-73）. The stricture length ranged from 1.0cm to 1.5 cm. The urethral passage could be passed by 2-5F guide wire. Results 33 procedures were achieved success without massive hemorrhage, urinary leakage and urinary incontinence. Postoperative urethral dilatation were performed regularly. With a follow-up of 5-12 months, all the patient received excellent outcome. Coneluaiona Domestic aciform electrode and ureteral dilator for the treatment of short and sereve ureteral stricture was feasible, simple, safe and effective, which was valuable to apply in the elementary hospital.
