2008年深圳市龙岗区居民法定传染病漏报调查

目的了解深圳市龙岗区居民法定传染病的漏报情况，从而推算出人群中的实际发病水平。方法按整群随机抽样的原则，抽取3个街道进行隔户人户居民漏报调查。结果共调查8个社区626户2355人，查出法定传染病32例，漏报11例，传染病漏报率为34．38％，其中传染病漏诊率为21．88％。居民乙类传染病漏报率为62．50％，丙类传染病漏报卒为34．38％，乙丙类传染病漏报率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。校正报告发病率是实际报告发病率的1．93倍。结论深圳市龙岗区的居民法定传染病漏报现象较为严重，传染病的报告管理工作有待于进一步加强。

Survey of Missed Reports of Notifiable Infectious Diseases among Residents of Longgang District of Shenzhen City in 2008

[ Objective] To understand the missed reports of notifiable infectious diseases in Longgang residents of Shenzhen, so as to calculate actual incidence of the population. [ Methods] Based on the cluster random sampling principle, residents from 1 of every 2 families in 3 sub-districts were selected to be investigated for the missed reports. [ Results] A total of 2355 residents from 626 fami- lies in 8 communities were investigated. 32 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were found, 11 of them were missed. The missed report rate of infectious diseases was 34.38%, the missed diagnosis rate of infectious diseases was 21.88%. The difference of missed report rates between Category B and C infectious diseases was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The corrected incidence rate was 1.93 times of the actual incidence rate. [ Conclusion] The missed report status of notifiable infectious diseases is serious in Longgang residents of Shenzhen. The report and management of infectious diseases should be further strengthened.
