局麻下善愈补片在腹股沟疝腹膜前修补术中应用的体会

目的探讨局麻下国产善愈补片腹膜前修补腹股沟疝的临床经验和疗效。方法回顾性分析68例患者经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙置入国产善愈补片进行腹股沟疝修补术的病例，观察麻醉效果、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用及随访观察术后并发症及复发情况。结果全部采用局麻，单侧手术时间30～45min，平均35min，术后切口疼痛较明显的3人，均为年轻患者。住院时间2—3d。术后平均随访10个月无复发，无明显异物感，阴囊积液2人。结论应用国产善愈补片腹膜前间隙修补腹股沟疝手术针对耻骨肌孔进行修补，具有手术修补范围大、术后恢复快、并发症少、住院时间短、术后复发率低等优点，与传统手术相比是一种更为理想的手术方式。

Open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with EasyProsthesis MESH

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of open preperitoneal groin tension - free hernioplasty under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with EasyProsthesis MESH. Methods 68 patients with preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with EasyProsthesis MESH were analyzed： anesthetic effect, operation time, hospitalization time, hospital fees and the follow-up complications and recuirences after surgery. Results All patients were repaired with local nerve blockade anaesthesia; the operation time was 30 to 45 minutes; meanly 35 minutes. Just 3 patients had slight wound pain after operation, all of whom were young patients. The average time patients stayed in hospital was 2 to 3 days, there were 2 patients suffered with scrotal hematoma and no one felt foreign body sensation, norecur- rences followed-up for average 10 months. Conclusions The open preperitoneal tension-free hernioplasty with EasyProsthesis MESH is the way of repairing myopectineal orifice, and it has the benefit of large repai- ring extent, rapid recover after operation, few complications, short time in hospital and low recurrences. So compared with traditional surgery, this is a more ideal surgical method.
