持续质量改进在预防血液净化患者股静脉置管堵塞中的应用

目的探讨应用持续质量改进（CQI）的方法降低血液净化患者股静脉置管堵塞的效果。方法采用PDCA四步法，实施股静脉置管堵塞的防治措施，比较CQI前（68例）、后（72例）行股静脉置管的血液净化患者堵管的发生情况。结果CQI后，血液净化患者股静脉置管堵塞率降低50．6％（15．6例次/1000导管日VS7．7例次／1000导管日）。结论CQI的方法可以降低血液净化患者股静脉置管的堵塞。

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement on The Obstruction of Femoral Vein Catheter in Patients with Blood Purification

[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement （ CQI ） on the control of the obstruction of femo- ral vein catheter in patients with blood purification. [ Methods] PDCA four -step method was adopted to implement the prevention of the obstruction by femoral vein catheter. The incidences of the obstruction in blood purification patients with femoral vein catheter be- fore and after CQI （68cases, 72 cases） were compared. [ Results ] For patients with femoral vein catheter, the incidence of the ob- struction of femoral vein catheter reduced by 50.6% （ 15.6 times/1000 catheterization days vs 7.7 times/1000 catheterization days）. [ Conclusion] CQI program can reduce the incidence of the obstruction of femoral vein catheter in patients with blood purification.
