善愈聚丙烯补片在小切口疝的临床应用

目的探讨总结善愈聚丙烯补片在腹部小切口疝的临床应用经验。方法对我院2007年1月至2009年2月收治的26例腹壁小切口疝临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者均治愈，手术时间30—70min，患者术后疼痛轻，未使用止痛药，无切口感染，无术后慢性疼痛，平均手术费用4100元，随访3～25个月，无并发症，异物感不明显。结论善愈补片修补腹壁小切口疝是一种安全、可靠的手术方式。

Using EasyProsthesis polypropylene mesh to repair small abdominal incisional hernia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect with EasyProsthesis polypropylene mesh to repair small abdominal incisional hernia. Methods The clinical date of 26 cases of small abdominal inci- sional hernia treated in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Feb 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were healed during the stay in hospital, the operation time was 30 to 70 minutes . All patients had slight wound pain after operation, no one used analgesics. No case had the wound infection and the chronic pain. The average cost was 4100 yuan （RMB）. No case had recurrence and no one had the feeling of froeign body follow-up 3 to 25 months. Conclusions EasyProsthesis polypropylene mesh repair is a safe and credible operation method for small abdominal incisional hernia.
