艾滋病科实习护生心理健康与应对方式的研究

目的了解艾滋病科实习护生心理健康状况与应对方式的相关性，为改善其心理健康、提高社会应对能力提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和应对方式问卷对66名在艾滋病科实习的护生进行问卷调查，并与常模对比。结果SCL-90测试结果，艾滋病科实习护生各因子分明显高于中国青年常模，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。其心理健康状况与求助、解决问题、合理化应对方式成正相关（r值分别为0．36、0．23和0．22），与自责、幻想、退避消极的应对方式成负相关（r值分别为-0．39，-0．21，-0．10，）。结论教育者和护理管理者应注意护生心理健康与应对方式的关系，有针对性地进行干预，使其保持良好的心理状况，提高社会适应能力。

Mental Health of Nursing Students Conducting Practice in AIDS Division and Their Coping Style

[ Objective] To understand the relationship between mental health status and coping style of nursing students in AIDS division. [ Methods] Symptom Check List 90 （SCL-90 ） and coping style questionnaire were adopted to investigate 66 nursing students in practice, the results were compared with the norm. [ Results ] SCL-90 survey results showed obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, depression, fear scale were higher than those of Chinese norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）, their psychological health positively correlated with help seeking and reasonable coping style（ r = 0.36, 0. 23,0.22 respectively; P 〈 0. 05） , and negatively correlated with self-accusation, fantasy, negative backoff of coping styles（ r = -0.39, -0.21, -0.10, respectively; P 〈0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion]Educators and nursing administrators should pay attention to the relativity between nursing students＇mental health status and coping styles, carry out pertinent intervention to help them keeping healthy mental conditions and improve their social coping ability.
