超声乳化治疗合并白内障的青光眼手术临床观察

目的探讨对青光眼合并自内障的患者施行超声乳化手术治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法对青光眼合并白内障的患者行单纯白内障超声乳化手术、人工晶体植入术，观察术前、术后视力、眼压、房角及前房深度，随访半年。结果24例（27眼）术后视力较术前明显提高（P〈0．01），眼压较术前明显下降（P〈0．01），前房角增宽，部分重新开放，虹膜高褶部分消失，前房深度较术前加深。结论对于术前眼压〈30mmHg、房角粘连〈180。的合并白内障的青光眼患者施行超生乳化手术是一种有效的手术方式。

Clinical Observation on Phacoemulsification for Glaucoma Combined with Cataract

Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of phacoemulsification for glaucoma of patients with glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods] Patients with glaucoma combined with cataract were treated by simple phaeoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber angle and depth of anterior chamber before and after Opera- tion were observed, the follwoing - up was 6 months. Results ] The postoperative visual acuity of 24 patients { 27 eyes ） improved signifieant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The intraoeular pressure after operation decrease than that before operation （ P 〈 0.01 }. The anterior chamber angle became wider or open again, iris plateau disappeared partly, depth of anterior chamber deepened. Conclusion ] The phacoemulsification is an effective operation for glaucoma combined with cataract, which with preoperative intraocular pressure less than 30 mm Hg, angle adhesion less than 180 degrees.
