上海市城乡结合区域小学生运动伤害干预效果评价

摘    要:目的在小学生伤害流行特征及危险因素分析的基础上,探索适合大型城市城乡结合区域小学生伤害综合干预方案,为儿童运动伤害干预新途径提供参考。方法建立并实施“宿主干预-环境干预-动因干预”综合干预对策,经过半年的干预,比较干预前后伤害发生及知信行等方面变化。结果干预前后干预组与对照组在运动伤害发生率方面无统计学差异(P〉0.05);干预组与对照组小学生家长运动伤害知识及态度有所变化,在以前“曾听说过伤害”、“知晓严重的意外伤害会导致残疾”等知识知晓问题中,干预组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);在“愿意接受关于预防学生运动伤害的教育”态度上,干预组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。民工学校家长知识及态度变化较公办学校干预前后变化更加显著(P〈0.05)。结论小学生运动伤害干预在4所学校实施取得了一定效果,可为城市城乡结合区域进行小学生运动伤害干预提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristic and risk factors of injuries of pupils in urban-rural fringe of a large scale city and explore the feasible integrated intervention, and to provide reference to sports injury intervention on children. Methods The integrated intervention of host-environment-motivation was implemented and the comparison of the injury incidence rate and KAP after intervention with that before intervention was conducted. Results After intervention, the difference of injury incidence rate between intervention group and control group was not significant (P 〉 0. 05 ). The knowledge and attitude of the parents in intervention group changed significantly after intervention compared with the control group. The knowledge level of intervention group was higher than that of control group in injury questions such as ' Do you know about injury before.?' ' Do you know severe injury may cause disability.?' , and so on (P 〈0. 05). The attitude in intervention group was better than that of control group about accepting education about prevention of students sport injury ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The knowledge and attitude of the parents of immigrant students' changed significantly compared with that of public school students ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The intervention was implemented well in four schools and the reaction was good, which suggested that the intervention strategy focusing on education was feasible and effective and provided reference for injury prevention for students in suburb areas.
