| 摘 要： | 近年来常见妇科急腹症卵巢囊肿破裂日益受到重视。本文将我院１９８１年１月至１９９２年４月收治的卵巢囊肿破裂３７例中误诊２０例进行回顾性分析，阐述破裂原因和探讨误诊原因，以提高对卵巢囊肿破裂的认识及重视。目前，随着内膜异位症发病率的增高，卵巢巧克力样囊肿破裂的误诊率也增高，通过分析，提示详细询问病史，仔细的妇检及特殊辅助检查，有助于正确诊断，减少误诊率，避免错误的阑尾切口，提高医疗质量。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a retrospective analysis of 20 misdiagnosed cases among 37 eases of ruptured ovarian cyst treated in the hospital during the period of January 1981 and April 1982. It is suggested that a detailed case history,a meticulous gynecological examination as well as auxiliary functional assay related to ovary be taken so as to minimlze the occurrence of misdiagnosis, avoid unnecessary appendectomy and improve the quality of medical care. |
