摘    要:目的通过检测白介素13(IL-13)和趋化因子受体(CXCR4)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)和结节性甲状腺肿(NG)中的表达,研究诊断PTC的辅助指标,并阐明两者关系。方法选取2007年至2008年上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院临床和病理资料完整的甲状腺手术标本160例(其中PTC80例,NG80例)。采用免疫组织化学技术,检测PTC及NG中IL-13和CXCR4的表达情况。结果IL-13在PTC中表达率为93.75%,明显高于NG组的表达(8.75%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。CXCR4在PTC中表达率为82.50%,明显高于NG组的表达(15.00%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在PTC中,IL-13和CXCR4的表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论IL-13和CXCR4可做为PTC的预判指标,其高表达提示甲状腺结节恶性倾向。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of interleukin 13(IL-13)and chemokine receptor(CXCR4)in papillary thyroid carcinoma.(PTC)and nodular goiter(NG)for screening the useful biomarkers to help the diagnosis of PTC and to investigate the relationship between the expression of IL-13 and CXCR4 in PTC.Methods 160 surgical specimens,including 80 PTC and 80 NG,Were collected in Ruijin hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiantong university school of medicine during the period of 2007 to 2008.The clinicopathological data of all cases were also collected.The expression of IL-13 and CXCR4 in all 160 samples was detected by immanohistochemical staining.Results IL-13 expression in PTC was significantly higher than in NG(93.75% vs8.75%).There was statistically significant difference between samples of PTC and NG(P<0.05).CXCR4 expression was significantly higher in PTC than in NG(82.50%vs 15.00%).There was statistically significant difference between PTC and NG(P<0.05).Positive correlation was revealed between IL-13 and CXCR4 expression in PTC samples.Conclusions IL-13 and CXCR4 can be used as the biomarkers for PTC.The high expression of the two markers is commonly associated with malignant behavior.
