小儿重症肺炎远期心肺功能的临床研究

研究目的研究小儿重症肺炎对远期心肺功能的影响。研究方法２２例患儿，男１３例，女９例。平均随访患病后时间５６．５月。摄胸片、检测心电图及肺功能，包括ＦＶＣ、ＦＥＶ１．０、ＭＭＦ等。研究结果合并先夭性心脏病４例，慢性肺炎３例，支气管哮喘３例，心动过速４例，左室、右室高电压、右室肥大各１例，３７．５％存在限制性肺功能障碍。结论初步研究表明小儿重症肺炎可以明显影响远期的心、肺功能．

Clinical study of cardio-pulmonary function on severe pneumonia of children in the far time

Objective To search for the children's cardio-pulmonary function in the period of severe pneumonia Methods In 22 patients(male 13, female 9),average follow-up time were 56.5 months after the illness taking the chest film,electrocardiogram and ptilmonary function,including FVC,FEY 1.0,MMF etc.Results Four cases combine with congenital heart disease,3 cases of expresion chrenic pnetimonia,3 cases of bronchial asthma,4 cases of tachycardia,1case of left and 1 case of right ventricular higher electrovoltage.There are 37.5% of patients combining with restrictive dysfunction.Conclusions The primary research suggested that the severe pneumonia may be affected cardio-pulmonary function of children in far time.
