参芪扶正注射液辅助化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效分析

目的探讨参芪扶正注射液辅助化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床效果及其安全性。方法将2009年6月～2012年6月我院收治的恶性肿瘤患者94例随机分为两组，实验组47例应用参芪扶正注射液联合化疗，对照组47例给予单纯化疗，比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为57．4％，对照组治疗总有效率为34．0％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组中医症候改善率显著高于对照组（80．9％弧51．1％，P〈0．05）；实验组患者生活质量的改善率亦显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；实验组治疗前后白细胞计数差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而恶心呕吐、乏力纳差、失眠的发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论参芪扶正注射液辅助化疗治疗恶性肿瘤可提高化疗的疗效并减轻化疗的毒副反应，改善患者的生存质量。

A Clinical Analysis on Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Malignant Tumor

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy for malignant tumor. Methods 94 cases of patients with malignant tumor from June 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group （n=47） was given Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy, while the control group （n=47） was only given chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy was 54.7% in the experiment group, but 34.0% in the control group, with statistical differences （P〈 0.05）. The rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome improvement in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （80.9 % vs. 51.1%, P〈 0.05）. The quality of life of the experiment group was improved much more than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of the white blood cell count in the experiment group before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. The incidences ofnansea and vomiting, anorexia, insomnia asthenia in the experiment group were all lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy could enhance the efficacy and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, so that it can improve the quality of fife of the patients with malignant tumor.
