摘    要:二氯乙酸钠(Sodiumdichloroacetate,DCA)是一种小分子化合物,多年来一直用于治疗乳酸酸中毒。近年来研究发现,DCA能作用于肿瘤细胞能量代谢途径,促进肿瘤细胞氧化磷酸化、诱导凋亡,抑制肿瘤生长;同时还发现DCA联合化疗、放疗、溶瘤病毒、DNA甲基化抑制剂、碳酸氢盐等其他治疗方法能进一步提高抗肿瘤疗效,为肿瘤治疗提供了新的策略。本文综述了DCA在抗肿瘤治疗中的作用、安全性以及在肿瘤治疗中的潜在应用价值的新进展。

Abstract:Sodium dichloroacetate (DCA) is a small molecular compound, which is used to treat lactate acidosis for many years. In recent years, it has been found that DCA targets energy metabolism pathway, promotes the oxidative phosphorylation of tumor cell, induces apoptosis and inhibits tumor cell growth. Recently, DCA was found that it could further enhance the antitumor effect as a new therapy strategy for tumor when combined with other therapies including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, oncolytic virus, DNA methylation inhibitor and bicarbonate. Here we summarized the research progress of important roles oFDCA in antitumor treatment, as well as its safety and its potential apphcation in the treatment of tumor.
