逍遥散联合旋覆代赭汤辅助化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效分析

目的观察逍遥散联合旋覆代赭汤辅助化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果和安全性。方法选择2012年5月至2013年1月在我院肿瘤科住院治疗的78例中晚期胃癌患者,随机分成两组,每组39例。对照组仅给予ECF方案化疗,治疗组在ECF方案的基础上加用逍遥散联合旋覆代赭汤治疗。化疗2个周期后观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况。结果化疗2个周期后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率（RR）分别为61.5%和35.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组和对照组的疾病控制率（DCR）分别为74.3%和51.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组和对照组患者的生活质量改善率分别为71.8%和41.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者胃肠道反应、脱发以及皮疹发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而两组血细胞减少、疲乏以及周围神经炎发生率的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论逍遥散联合旋覆代赭汤辅助化疗治疗中晚期胃癌临床疗效好,可提高患者的生活质量,减少毒副反应。

Analysis on the Curative Effects of Xiaoyao San, Xuanfu-Daizhe Decoction Integrated with Chemotherapy on 78 Patients with Middle-late Gastric Cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of Xiaoyao San, Xuanfu-Daizhe Decoction integrated with chemotherapy in the treatment of 78 patients with middle-late gastric cancer. Methods 78 patients with middle-late gastric can-cer who accepted treatments in our oncology department from May 2012 to January 2013 were divided randomly and equally into two groups. The control group was treated with ECF regimen, while the treatment group was treated with Xiaoyao San as well as Xuanfu-Daizhe Decoction in addition to ECF regimen. The curative effects and adverse actions were observed and com-pared after two treatment cycles. Results The total remission rate （RR） was respectively 61.5% and 35.9% in treatment group and control group, which was significantly higher in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05）; the disease control rate （DCtk） was 74.3% in treatment group, also significantly higher than that in the control group which was 51.3% （P〈0.05）; the rate of KPS improvement was 71.8% in the treatment group, also significantly higher than that in the control group （41.0%）（P〈0.05）. The incidence rates of gastrointestinal reaction, hair loss and skin rash in the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. However, no statistical difference was found in the incidence of hypocytosis, fatigne, peripheral neuritis between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment with Xiaoyao San, Xuanfil-Daizhe Decoction integrated with chemotherapy was more effec-tive in the treatment of middle-late gastric cancer. It could better improve the quality of life with less toxicity and side effects.
