摘    要:随着社会经济的迅猛发展,企业员工及家属面临的社会、职业、心理或健康等方面的问题也日益增多,这直接导致了企业工作绩效降低。EAP(员工援助计划)就是针对这些问题,建立一定的操作模式,采用对企业的诊断、建议和对成员及其家属的专业指导、培训和咨询的方式,帮助员工减轻精神压力、提高生活质量、促进心身健康,进而提高企业工作绩效的心理服务项目。

Abstract:With the rapid development of social-economy, profession related health problems of employees and their relatives are daily increasing, which lead to the depression in business work performance. The EAP(Employee Assistance Program) is a mental service program to promote employee and their relative's health and business work performance by adopting diagnosis, suggestion, instruction, training and counseling.
