肾细胞癌DNA倍性测定的意义

摘    要:目的 探讨DNA倍性在肾细胞癌预后中的作用。方法 运用流式细胞仪和图像分析技术对 5 6例肾细胞癌标本进行DNA含量测定 ,按照肾癌的病理分级、临床分期及细胞类型进行DNA倍性的统计学分析。并对近二倍体和非整倍体肾癌患者的生存率进行统计学分析。结果 肾癌的DNA非整倍体率与癌细胞的病理分级、临床分期呈递增关系 ,各病理分级、临床分期间的非整倍体率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而各病理细胞类型间的DNA非整倍体率无显著性差异。近二倍体肾癌患者生存率明显高于非整倍体肾癌患者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 DNA倍性与肾癌预后相关 ,综合病理分级、临床分期和DNA倍性可对肾癌的恶性程度及预后作出更准确的判断

Abstract:Objective To explore the prognostic significance of DNA ploidy in renal cell carcinoma. Methods Flow cytometry and quantitative fluorescence image analysis were used to determinate the DNA ploidy in 56 cases of renal cell carcinoma. The survival rate between the diploid and aneuploid cases and DNA ploidy in different pathological grading and clinical stage of the renal cell carcinoma were analyzed. Results DNA aneuploidy rate was the significantly different in different pathological gradings and clinical stage( P <0.05), but had no significant difference in different cell types of renal cell carcinoma. The survival rate of the diploid cases was significant high than the aneuploid ones( P <0.01). Conclusion DNA ploidy is correlated with the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma. The synthesis of DNA ploidy, pathological grading and clinical stage can more accurately estimate the level of malignancy and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
