分娩全程护理模式在产科护理中的应用价值

目的探讨产科护理中实施分娩全程护理模式的应用效果。方法选择该院2011年12月-2012年2月期间产科收治的分娩产妇1244例分为观察组（n=622）与对照组（n=622），观察组采用分娩全程护理模式进行护理，对照组采用常规护理模式进行护理。观察比较两组产妇的剖宫产率、产妇护理满意率及新生儿出生1minApgar评分。结果观察组剖宫产率、护理满意率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组新生儿出生1minApgar评分明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论产妇护理过程中应用分娩全程护理模式可有效降低剖宫产率，提高产妇的护理满意度，新生儿Apgar评分较高，有利于提高产科护理质量．值得临床推广。

Aapplication Value of the Whole Course Nursing Delivery in Obstetric Care

Objective To explore the effect of the whole course delivery nursing in obstetric care. Method 1244 pregnant women hospitalizedin our hospital from Dec. 2011 to Feb. 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 622 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with whole course delivery nursing model and the control group was re- ceived routine nursing model . The cesarean section rate, satisfaction rate of maternal care and Apgar score were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The cesarean section rate and satisfaction rate of maternal care in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Apgar score in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Whole course delivery nursing model in obstetric care can effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section, improve satisfaction rate of maternal care and get higher Apgar score,which is helpful to improve the quality of obstetric nursing and is worthy of promotion.
