| 摘 要： | 二甲双胍是目前临床治疗糖尿病的最常用药物之一。越来越多的研究表明,二甲双胍除了最主要的降糖作用外,亦有多种其他作用,比如调节血脂、降低血压、抗氧化、保护神经及预防和抗肿瘤作用。部分研究显示,二甲双胍可以用于伴有多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的妊娠期糖尿病女性。二甲双胍可重建PCOS患者的月经周期,促进排卵,降低体重,增加胰岛素敏感性,减轻高雄激素血症。尽管部分二甲双胍的降糖外作用较弱,或有争议,但越来越多的研究证实二甲双胍降糖外作用的重要性,及其对心血管和生殖系统的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Metformin is one of the drugs widely used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Many evidences demonstrated that metformin may have other effects beside its action on glycemic control,including protection of lipid accumulation,reducing blood pressure,antioxidation,neuroprotection and antitumor effects.Some researches showed that metformin was used in pregnant women with polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）.Metformin has shown beneficial in regulating menstrual cycle,increasing ovulation,losing weight,reducing hyperinsulinaemia and hyperandrogenaemia in PCOS patients.Even though some of these actions are individually modest or controversial,they seem to be collectively sufficient to confer therapeutic benefits in diabetes,cardiometabolic and reproductive. |
