肝豆状核变性患者心理健康状况与社会支持的相关研究

目的探讨肝豆状核变性(hepatolenticular degeneration,HLD)患者心理健康状况及其与社会支持的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持量表(SSRS)对132例HLD患者进行问卷调查,并与国内常模对比。结果HLD患者SCL-90总分(138.94±45.20)高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(t=2.255,P<0.05),各因子分除躯体化、偏执外均明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01～0.001);社会支持总分(39.24±7.18)、主观支持(19.77±4.35)、对支持的利用度(7.13±1.84)均明显低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。SCL-90各因子分与社会支持各量表分之间多项呈负相关。结论HLD患者心理健康状况不佳;HLD患者心理健康状况与患者的社会支持有相关性;加强为患者提供物质支持的同时,更需注重患者情感心理上的支持。

Study on correlation between mental health status and social support in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration

Objective To explore the correlation between the mental health status and social support in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD).Methods Questionnaires were conducted with the Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90) and the Social Support Rate Scale(SSRS) in 132 HLD patients,and the results were compared with norms of Chinese.Results According to the SCL-90,the total scores(138.94±45.20)were higher than the national norm(t=2.255,P<0.05).The score of each factor except somatization and paranoid ideation was significantly higher than the national norm(P<0.01~0.001).According to the SSRS,the total scores(39.24±7.18)、the scores of subjective support(19.77±4.35)and availability of social support(7.13±1.84) were significantly lower than the national norm(P<0.001).The SCL-90 most factors and the SSRS various factors have the negative correlation.Conclusion The HLD patient's mental health is not well.Between mental health status and social support of the HLD patients have definite relevance.It was necessary to reinforce material support to HLD patients,meanwhile,it is more important to pay attention to emotion and mental support.
