反相高效液相色谱法测定复方茵陈注射液中氯原酸和栀子甙的含量

摘    要: 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方茵陈注射液中主要成分氯原酸和栀子成的含量。氯原酸在335nm波长测定,栀子成在237nm波长测定。外标法定量,回收率分别为93.6%和97.5%。氯原酸和桅子戒回归方程分别为A=0.187+0.858C(r=0.9993),A=0.21+6.0556C(r=0.9983)。方法操作简单,灵敏度及准确度均较高。

Abstract:A RP-HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and gardenoside whichare the main components in Artemisia capillaris Thunb.Compound injection was established.A C18 col-wmn and a mobile phase of methanol-water(70:30) were employed.Chlorogenic acid was determinedat 335 nm and gardenoside was determined at 237 nm。 The recovery rate of the two components was93.6%and 97.5%, respectively。For chlorogenic acid,the regression equation was A=0.187 + 0。858C(r=0.9993) and for gardenoside is A=0.21+6.0556C(r=0.9983).The methOd is simple,sensitive and accurate。
