苦参素与黄芪注射液联合治疗慢性乙肝疗效观察

目的探讨苦参素与黄芪注射液联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将100例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组52例与对照组48例。治疗组在支持治疗的基础上采用苦参素注射液和黄芪注射液进行治疗,疗程90d;对照组采用胸腺肽注射液、甘草酸二铵注射液进行治疗,疗程90d。两组在用药前后分别观察肝功、乙肝病毒指标及肝纤维化指标的变化。结果治疗90d末,A/G复常率治疗组80%(28/35),对照组53.5%(15/28);HBV DNA阴转率治疗组38.5%(20/52),对照组18.8%(9/48);HBeAg阴转率治疗组38.5%(20/52),对照组20.8%(10/48);肝纤维化指标治疗组较对照组明显改善(P<0.01)。结论苦参素与黄芪注射液具有良好的保肝、抗乙肝病毒、抗肝纤维化作用,治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切。

Efficacy of matrine combined with astragalus injection in chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the curative effects of matrine combined with astragalus injection in chronic hepatitis B. Methods 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into therapeutic(n=52) and control(n=48) group. The former received combination of matrine and astragalus injection on the basis of supporting treatment for 90 days; the latter did thymopolypeptide and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection. Changes of liver function, serum levels of HBV and liver fibrosis index were observed before and after treatment for both the 2 groups. Results After treatment, rates of A/G recovery were respectively 80%(28/35) of the therapeutic and 53.5%(15/28) of the control group; rates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg becoming-negative were respectively 38.5%(20/52) and 38.5%(20/52)of the therapeutic and 18.8%(9/48) and 20.8%(10/48)of the control group; liver fibrosis index showed more obvious improvement in the therapeutic than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of matrine and astragalus injection has satisfactory actions of protecting liver, anti-HBV and anti-fibrosis in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
