脑颜面血管瘤综合征的MRI诊断(附5例报告)

目的 研究脑颜面血管瘤综合征的MRI表现，并探讨其诊断脑颜面血管瘤综合征的价值。方法 回顾性分析5例脑颜面血管瘤综合征的临床及影像资料。全部病例均有面部三叉神经分布区皮肤血管瘤或伴有颅内相关的病理改变。结果 MRI平扫可显示患侧脑萎缩及侧脑室内脉络丛球增大。MRI增强的优势则主要体现在对软脑膜血管瘤畸形及伴发的血管性异常的准确显示上。结论 在脑颜面血管瘤综合征的影像学诊断上，MRI增强扫描提供了最为重要的依据。

Diagnosis of Sturge-Weber syndrome with MRI:a report of 5 cases

Objective To study MRI findings of Sturge Weber syndrome and to evaluate their diagnostic value.Methods The clinical data and MRI findings of 5 patients with Sturge Weber syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Among all patients,facial angioma involving into the distributional regions of trigeminal nerve or companing with intracranial pathologic changes were found.Results Non enhanced MR imaging could demonstrate the atrophy of brain and the enlargement of choroid plexus in the affected lateral ventricle .Gd DTPA enhanced MRI clearly revealed the angiomatous malformation of cerebral pia mater and associated vascular abnormalities.Conclusion In the imaging diagnosis of Sturge Weber syndrome,Gd DTPA enhanced MRI can provide the most important informations.
