尿调素与妊娠的关系

以亲和层析柱法自正常孕妇尿液提取尿调素（UrM），用双抗体夹心ELISA法对正常非孕妇、正常孕妇、不孕、流产者夫妇和妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）的孕妇尿中UrM的含量进行了测定，发现：①正常男性和女性尿中尿调素水平无显著差异；②孕期≤9周的孕妇尿中UrM水平未见显著变化，随着孕期增加，尿中UrM水平升高，28周后尿中UrM水平显著高于正常人；③不孕和流产的妇女尿中UrM水平显著高于正常人，其水平与妊娠晚期相当；④妊高征孕妇尿中UrM水平很低，但分娩后水平恢复；⑤男性血中抗精子抗体（AsAb）阳性者中有90．91％的人，精浆中AsAb阳性者中88.33％的人，尿中UrM含量高于正常人。不育妇女血AsAb阳性者中有76．92％的人尿中UrM水平显著高于正常人。

The relationship between uromodulin and pregnancy

Uromodulin (UrM ) was isolated from the urine of normal pregnant women by lectin adherence. By using double-antibody sandwich ELISA, we determined the UrM content of urine in normal males,normal females, normal pregnant Wornen,husband and wife of infertility and the pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). We found: @ The content of UrM in normal males was identical to that in normal women. @ No difference between the normal individuals and pregnant wolnen in less than 9 weeks gestation, but with increasing of the time of gestation, the level of UrM in urine became higher than that in normal individuals. @ In the urine of couples of infertility there was higher level UrM. The level was equal to that of later stage of gestation. @ The pregnant women with PIH had lower level UrM in urine, but after 24 hours of parturition, the level recovered. @ It was noted that 90. 91 % males with anti-sperm antibody (AsAh) in serum and 83- 33 % males with AsAb in seminal plasma had higher level UrM in urine, so were 76. 92 percent women of infertility with serum AsAb positive.
